park avenue - The Entry

Everything that Chris did captured the spirit and beauty of this magnificent home.  Chris found an arched double door from a church that was being demolished and perfectly fitted it as our front door.  This included refinishing the door and designing the entry way as a set-back.  People, including technical historians do not believe that these doors are not original.                                                   Owners - Ben & Kristen Walter

It took two and a half years to find a door that had the correct width, height & arches.

The Entry Foyer is eleven feet high and floored with original oak parquet squares, it branches off to the kitchen and arched front door and openings to the dining and living rooms and the library.
